SHIPPING
KARLANDER STOCKHOLM delivers to all countries within the EU. We send your order within 14 days and it normally arrives 5-7 days later for all orders outside of Sweden, or 1-3 days within Sweden.
Do you need to get your order earlier?
Just let us know and we will do our best to help you! You will receive a notification upon the order confirmation as well as when your package has arrived.
Our packaging is eco-certified, and when purchasing several products, we use one outer box to keep down the use of materials. All products are also made on-demand, making sure we do not buy or use excessive material. You will find more about our sustainable work if you go to - "Sustainability" in the menu.
RETURNS
Once you have received your order, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal. If you decide to make a return, simply write our customer service to notify us.
You do not need to state a special reason for making a return, however, the product must be in unchanged condition and in unopened packaging. In the event of a canceled purchase, you are responsible for the shipping back to us. As soon as we have received the return and checked the condition of the goods, we will refund you!
Please note though that returns or exchanges are not allowed on customized jewelry.
