KARLANDER STOCKHOLM was born from the love of raw aesthetics, sustainability and handcrafts. The founder Cecilia Karlander wanted to cherish the imperfections of natural stones and pearls together with recycled silver, which as a result created timeless jewellery with an attention to unique details. Cecilia is constantly inspired by the contrast of irregular rawness and refined shapes which can be found in all products.

The pieces are created with the purpose to make you feel confident and powerful, with a day-to-night approach, making it inspiring to both wear them on a slow Sunday at home as well as at a fine dining restaurant.

The brand carries a forever love story of contemporary design and organic shapes which is present in all collections, making every KARLANDER STOCKHOLM piece a unique story by itself. And, more importantly, an even more unique story when worn by you.

OUR STORY

Founder and designer Cecilia Karlander been a creative soul since childhood. The passion for jewellery started in her years living in Berlin, surrounded by creative individuals and inspiring environments. When she returned to Stockholm in the beginning of the 2000’s, the story of KARLANDER STOCKHOLM started. At the same time she was training in fashion design and taking a master's degree in economics, which led to many professional years in the fashion industry. However, two frequent parental leave gave room for reflection in life and at the same time a strong curiosity was born to learn and develop more in silversmithing, a combination that led to Cecilia no longer being able to resist returning to her true passion - creating unique handmade jewellery.
